Returns / Refunds
For new defective goods we offer a 28 day return policy commencing the day after your purchase, as shown on your receipt.
If you have received incorrect goods (in comparison to your order), we will provide you with a full refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The postage costs associated with returning the items will also be reimbursed if the costs are agreed upon beforehand.
Your refund can only be made via your original payment method.
Shipping / Delivery
We ship to 220+ countries via our preferred provider Australia Post.
Our shipping calculator will give you an accurate shipping quote for all items contained in your cart. The shipping calculator will calculate the exact total for postage determined by your postal/zip code.
